Be sure to download the APP in advance!There are 8 information steles distributed around the island, they are part of an inclusive nature adventure trail of a special kind.
Depending on the location, each stele has its own focal point.
If you activate the "Augmented Reality" menu item, digital figures such as the main character Ikke are inserted into the real world that you see through your display.
Depending on your location, Ikke will appear where you point your mobile phone camera and tell you information, e.g.
about Langeoog or the Wadden Sea National Park.
You can even use the Watt app elsewhere and download Ikke anywhere in the world and put it in a new environment.

Try it!(Simple language)The Wadden Sea is on the North Sea.There is something special there:There is ebb and flow.At low tide the water flows away.This takes about 6 hours.The water level is getting lower and lower.You can then see the bottom of the sea.And you can go for a walk there.The bottom of the sea is called here: Watt.The bottom is mostly silt and sand.Silt is very muddy and slippery ground.After the tide goes out, the water comes back.The water level rises again.The water comes up to the shore.To this we say: flood.The high tide also lasts about 6 hours.The Wadden Sea is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.This is a special award.A UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site is a habitat that is particularly worthy of protection.That means:Certain animals and plants live here.These animals and plants need special protection.The Wadden Sea is such a special habitat.That is why the Wadden Sea has been particularly protected since 2009.Our Wadden Sea is the largest in the world.And the island of Langeoog lies in the middle of the Wadden Sea.The island is home to a man who lives in the sea.His name is Ikke.Experience the Wadden Sea, the island and nature together with Ikke.
